Hello, How can we help?

Do I need a Will?

Whilst there is no legal requirement for you to make a Will, it is the only way to avoid dying intestate and ensuring that who you want to inherit actually does. For example, if you aren’t married you may be surprised to learn your partner is not entitled to your estate regardless of how long you have been together or if you live together. Even if you are married your spouse do not automatically inherit your whole estate. A valid Will also allow those with Children to arrange Guardianship should the worst happen.

How much does it cost to make a Will?

Our price for a straightforward single Will is just £150 or £200 for straightforward Mirror Wills. If you wanted to include a Trust within your Will our prices are just £450 and £550 respectively.

I have mobility problems and struggle to get out of the house, do you offer home visits?

Yes, we offer home visits at no extra cost including a final visit where your Estate Planner and a colleague will witness your Will being signed.

Why do I need pay someone to write my Will for me?

You don’t. You could write your own Will but bear in mind that figures from CLS suggest that poorly drafted or ineffective DIY wills are to blame for a prolonged probate ordeal for 38,000 families a year potentially costing your family thousands. Money saved is not always money earned.

There are lots of Will companies around, why should I use Nsure Estate Planning Services?

We are Worthing’s only Institute of Professional Will writers (IPW) members, this means that we are trained and qualified by examination to write Wills and associated documents. IPW members produce the exact same quality of Wills that members of the Solicitors Regulation Authority do. We have both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Our staff are DBS checked and undergo many hours CPD every year to keep up with current legislation. We also follow the IPW Chartered Trading Standards approved code of conduct giving our clients absolute peace of mind.
