Emma Wells specialises in Wills, Will Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and funeral planning. She has a very clear goal- to make things clear, concise and understandable for her clients. Making sure that people leave her feeling that they were part of the process and at peace with their decisions is what shapes the way that she works.
Emma is a member of the Institute of The Professional Willwriters and as such she is governed by their chartered trading standards approved code of conduct. The estate planning industry is largely unregulated, by qualifying via examination and becoming a MIPW Emma has made the choice to give her clients absolute peace of mind when they instruct her. Her belief is that if you’re doing it right, you’ve nothing to lose and everything to gain by being an Institute member.
Emma places her client’s individual situation at the heart of the advice that she gives and understands that every situation is different- everyone comes to her with a unique set of circumstances and Emma tailors her advice accordingly. The price structure that is used is deliberately straightforward, it is important to Emma that there are no surprises at the end of the process and that her clients feel that they have received value for money from her.
Emma is raising her young family in Worthing alongside husband Nick, a local restauranteur. She spends her Saturdays at Worthing Town football club watching her eldest two children training. Her favourite holiday destination is Thailand because of its inspiring culture and incredible cuisine. Emma considers herself to be lucky, she loves her personal life and finds her career incredibly fulfilling.
