Price Lists

Nsure Estate Planning Services provide more than just the documents that you sign, from start to finish you will have a qualified named individual taking you through the process. The person that you meet with at your first appointment is the person who will draft your documents for you, be your point of contact throughout the process through to completion witnessing the final documents for you.  We do this to provide you with valuable continuity and reassurance.

We have a team of some of the most highly qualified Inheritance tax planners at your disposal ensuring that our clients get the advice that they need, when they need it.

Our services and prices are as follows-
 

Wills

Straightforward Single Will (by “straightforward” we mean any Will which does not require trust clauses other than for minor children £175
Straightforward Mirror Wills (two documents drafted as a ‘matched pair’ with identical beneficiaries and executors for husband and wife or a couple) £250

Lasting Power of Attorney

A single Lasting Power of Attorney, either Property & Financial Affairs or Health & Welfare, for one person £175*

*The above charges include drafting the relevant documentation, Nsure acting as the Certificate Provider and handling the registration with the Office of the Public Guardian, provided it is done shortly after the documents are completed. Storage service

 

£20 per year for the first document and £5 for each subsequent document with free access at any time during normal office hours with one working day’s notice. Payment by standing order only.

 

Subscribing to our storage service also entitles you to a substantial discount on updates or alterations to your documents as outlined below.

 

 

Update service

 

Alteration of a document originally drafted by us:

When not stored by us 20% discount of current price in force at the time

When stored by us 75% discount of current price in force at the time providing all storage fees have been paid.

 

 

Probate and Estate Administration

 

We can be named in the Will to act as executors. Alternatively, where you are named as executor, you may wish to outsource your duties, other than those that you are legally obliged to perform as executor, to us.

 

Dealing with property and land

 

£500 per title
All other assets excluding chattels, property and land – 1% subject to a minimum charge of £2,000

 

Additional charge for executing a Will not originally drafted by us

Expenses incurred for items such as copy certificates, notices in newspapers, CHAPS payments etc. will be charged at cost.  

 

All prices assume meetings take place at our office during normal office hours. Additional charges may apply for meetings held elsewhere or outside of office hours but will be agreed with you in advance.

 

 

All prices include VAT where applicable

Cheques should be payable to Nsure Estate Planning Services.

 

Current price list valid from 1st September 2024 any future increases will be subject to 30 days’ notice.
